The way the Egyptian taste works

For amounts
Egyptian taste amounts:
2 cup peeled beans
 cup chickpeas
2 tbsp chopped dill
2 tablespoons minced coriander
5 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp water
1 teaspoon soda carbonate
1 teaspoon salt
 teaspoon soft cumin
teaspoon soft coriander
For decoration:
3 tablespoons sesame

How to prepare
Method of preparation of Egyptian taste:
- Put each of the grains in a container and dump them with water until the next day
- The next day the grain has become soft and doubled the size of half of the water and let it in a large bowl
- Add chopped dill and chopped coriander and mix well
- Trim garlic and add them to the mixture
- Add salt, cumin and coriander soft to the mixture of taste and mix well
- By using the kebab machine we re-mix the components until we have a cohesive paste
- Before eating the taste in minutes, add the bicarbonate soda mixed with a teaspoon of water and stir them well
- Put plenty of vegetable oil in a pot and let it on medium heat until it becomes hot
- Using the falafel form, form the dough and put on the sesame seeds and put them in the hot oil until they become golden color
