Sens. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., and Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., sent a bipartisan letter to the heads of the Senate Appropriations Committee encouraging them to secure the Hyde Amendment and keep up with this "long-standing arrangement" in the Fiscal Year 2022 bill… 


The Hyde Amendment is a long-standing Medicaid revision that denies government citizen dollars from going toward elective early terminations besides in instances of assault, interbreeding or the mother's life being in harm's way.
