Lilibet "Lili" Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was brought into the world on Friday morning in an emergency clinic in Santa Barbara, California. 


Both mother and youngster are solid and well, the pair said in a proclamation. 


The couple said they named their second youngster Lilibet after the Royal Family's moniker for the Queen, the child's incredible grandma. 


Her center name, Diana, was picked to respect her "adored late grandma", The Princess of Wales, the assertion said.

Ruler Harry and Meghan wedded in May 2018 in a function at Windsor Castle and invited their first youngster, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, after a year.


Meghan's companion Misan Harriman, who took highly contrasting photos of the couple for their pregnancy declaration, tweeted his congrats: "Lilibet has shown up! Congrats to my daring companion and her beautiful family!" 


They quit their jobs as senior working royals in March 2020 and now live in California.
